Workplace and Jobsite Illness & Injury Recordkeeping

Occupational Safety Consultants can assist with recording workplace illnesses and injuries and maintaining OSHA 300 logs

Keeping records of work-related injuries and illnesses is a critical part of an employer's safety and health efforts for several reasons:

  • It can help your organization prevent work-related injuries and illnesses in the future.
  • The data helps identify problem areas. Obviously, the more you know, the better you can identify and correct hazardous conditions in the workplace.
  • Accurate records enable a company to be more effective in administering its safety and health programs.
  • As employee awareness is raised, workers are more likely to adhere to safe work practices and report hazards in the workplace.
